By accessing or using the ROME AI software-as-a-service platforms, artificial intelligence automation services, PMS integrations, recruitment ATS automation modules, or chatbot systems (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you represent an organization or business entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Use of Services
Subject to compliance with these Terms, ROME AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business operations. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or rent the SaaS platform or AI pipelines.
- Use our Services to send unsolicited spam, distribute malware, or host illegal content.
- Bypass rate limits, scrape platform data, or compromise security integrations.
3. Accounts and Security
To access the primary dashboards, you must create a secure organization account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials (including login usernames, secure passwords, and API keys). You must notify ROME AI immediately at security@romeai.com of any unauthorized access or data leaks.
4. Customer Data & Intellectual Property
You retain all rights, titles, and intellectual property ownership over any customer files, patient data, or candidate profile metadata you import or transmit through our Services ("Customer Data"). You grant ROME AI a secure, localized license to host, process, and map this data solely to perform automated operational activities as configured by your teams.
5. Clinic & Recruitment Disclaimers
Our automation platform simplifies operational workflows, including appointment triaging and recruitment screenings. However, you acknowledge that final clinic medical decisions and recruitment employment selections are the sole responsibility of your licensed healthcare professionals and corporate hiring managers. ROME AI is not liable for outcomes arising from these decisions.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Services in the event of a material breach of these Terms, non-payment of active SaaS subscription invoices, or if required by compliance bodies or emergency legal directives.
